Project Passport- Great End of Year History Project

Get your students to pack their (totally fictional) bags because you're going on a tour through time and space!

In this project students get to choose any country or past civilization and take a trip there to learn all about the people, culture, and their achievements!

They create either a blog, website, slides presentation, movie, or comic book about their travels and what they learned. They have to pretend they met famous historical people, went to historical sites, participated in cultural events (like sumo wrestling or salsa dancing), eat bizarre or delicious foods, and much more! 

Students love this one because they get to imagine themselves in a new place and instead of just researching about a foreign land or time, they get to imagine themselves there.

They get to live history! How fun!
